Membership Award $100

Guidelines for NCPC Membership Awards:

Renewing members of NCPC can apply for a membership award on an annual basis. Once a member has renewed their membership for the year, they would complete a short application and submit it to the Membership Committee for approval.

Once approved the member would receive a check for $100.

This program will run for one year and be renewed annually at the Annual Meeting of Sponsors.

 

Application Process:

A renewing member of NCPC completes the following application and submits it to the DC by 12/31/23. Awards will be considered for renewing members who are paid in full by 12/31/23.

 

 

Please answer the following questions:

Discuss the three NCPC activities you found most rewarding or beneficial during the past year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Discuss three areas you would like to improve on this coming year and how NCPC can help you accomplish your goals.

 

 

 

 

 

Discuss something you learned by participating in a fundraising or community service project with NCPC during the past year.
